Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks across multiple disciplines in collaboration with the RM leadership team.
  • Collaborate with team members to review current practices and identify areas for improvement, implementing custom solutions or best practices to streamline workflow and enhance teammate knowledge.
  • Map processes for identifying and tracking risk analytics across all domains of the organization.
  • In partnership with leadership, evaluate and refine risk management strategy using data and research to stay ahead of emerging industry trends.
  • Design and automate tools and workflows to enhance efficiency in analytical reporting and data sharing.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on insurance and indemnity protective language for various contracts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIP, FCIP, CRM.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to coach performance and implement improvement techniques.
  • Availability for occasional travel for conferences, meetings, or training sessions.
  • Strong Insurance Industry connections and peer group.
