Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management frameworks across multiple disciplines in collaboration with the RM leadership team.

- Map processes for identifying and tracking risk analytics across all domains of the organization.

- Provide guidance and support to other departments on insurance and indemnity protective language for various contracts.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or related field.
- Professional certification such as CIP, FCIP, CRM.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to coach performance and implement improvement techniques.
- Availability for occasional travel for conferences, meetings, or training sessions.
