FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION AND TO APPLY PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE. www.mcc.org/careers Role Description This full-time salaried position plays a pivotal role in advancing MCC BC’s Social Enterprise Network by leading strategic growth initiatives, business development, and network expansion. Reporting to the Social Enterprise Director, the Social Enterprise Growth & Performance Manager leads and collaborates with the Shop Managers to ensure MCC BC’s Social Enterprise strategy is executed effectively. This role leads special projects, coordinates network-wide initiatives and drives innovation and sustainability across the network. Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience in retail, social enterprise, or nonprofit leadership. Preference given to those with 2+ years of supervisory experience and/or 2+ years of project management experience. Post-secondary studies in business management, or 3+ year experience in a supervisory, volunteer coordination or management role preferred. Ability to travel within BC and Canada and work occasional evenings/weekends.
