OverviewSenior Product Manager, Travel Supply at Hopper. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of supply connectivity and infrastructure across hotels, vacation rentals, and car rentals to scale supply platforms with speed, depth, and reliability while maintaining pricing competitiveness and content quality.As a Senior PM, you will define product strategy, own the roadmap end-to-end, and drive execution with cross-functional teams. You will track and improve key supply metrics (coverage, parity, content completeness, connectivity speed, infrastructure efficiency) to deliver the most complete and competitive travel inventory to customers.ResponsibilitiesConnectivity & Scale: Lead the vision and execution for building and optimizing supply connectivity (direct and third-party) for hotels, vacation rentals, and cars; ensure connectivity infrastructure is designed for speed, reliability, and scalability.Inventory & Coverage: Maximize supply depth and inventory completeness; drive rate plan parity; define and track supply health metrics.Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define long-term Travel Supply strategy, own the roadmap, set priorities, and translate objectives into actionable initiatives with clear success criteria.Content Management: Oversee ingestion and maintenance of content (descriptions, amenities, images, policies); ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization across sources.Mapping & Data Integrity: Own room and property mapping systems to ensure precise search results and avoid duplication.Rates: Maintain the rates database (PUSH ARI) and collaborate with engineering to optimize infrastructure costs while preserving reliability.Promotions & Distribution: Manage supply-side promotions and rate distribution rules to remain compliant, consistent, and competitive.Execution & Delivery: Work with engineering, design, supply, and analytics to deliver roadmap priorities; define and track KPIs and iterate based on data-driven insights; drive execution across teams.Qualifications5–7+ years in Product Management, including at least 2+ years in a senior or lead PM role.Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce.Deep knowledge of supply integrations, connectivity APIs, pricing systems, and travel technology.Strong experience with metrics-driven product development and defining KPIs.Excellent execution skills with the ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.Strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment across technical and business teams.Analytical thinker capable of balancing cost, scale, and performance.Why Join UsLead end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement for core supply systems powering our travel products globally.Impact scale by shaping how millions of customers access travel supply.Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and supply experts solving challenging problems at the intersection of travel and technology.Perks and BenefitsCompetitive salary with pre-IPO equity potential; well-funded startup with large ambitions.Hopper covers 100% of premiums for group insurance; life and disability coverage.HSA for medical and dental expenses; telemedicine access; RRSP plan with pre-tax withdrawals.Generous parental leave; unlimited PTO; travel stipend; FlexDesk access and WFH stipend.Entrepreneurial culture with open communication and opportunities for high impact.About HopperHopper is on a mission to become the leading travel platform globally, powering Hopper’s app, website, and HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions).
