If this speaks to you, apply for this role or connect with one of our recruiters to learn how we can support you throughout the process.ResponsibilitiesStrategically analyze the call for tenders (RFQ/RFP) and create structured responses tailored to individual client needs.Prepare and manage proposal schedule, responsibility matrix, and compliance list.Organize and lead bid team meetings including kick-offs, coordination meetings and bid reviews. Strategically identify winning themes and key.Develop persuasive, high-quality content that showcases Pomerleau’s high standards and expertise.Ensure that all content is well harmonized, coherent and compliant with the bid requirements.Proactively maintain open lines of communication with subject matter experts and other bid team members.Work collaboratively with graphic designers to create optimized and visually engaging documentation and collateral including templates and styles, cover pages, tabs, and organizational charts.QualificationsProven experience managing proposals in construction, engineering and/or architecture fields.Strong ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, priorities, etc.Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail.Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Suite.Previous experience working on design-build proposals is an asset.Fluency in both official languages, written and oral (English and French).Employment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: ConstructionBenefitsRRSP with up to 5% employer matchingHybrid work model for corporate rolesEmployee stock ownership programCareer growth through real development opportunitiesTransit pass reimbursement — get to work for freeMinimum 4 weeks of vacation from day oneFor the past four years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.Ready to build your career?
