You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our store is open Monday to Friday.What Will You Be Doing?Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyleAssisting with selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needsUpholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skillsPerforming repairs and adjustments to customers' eyewearContributing to store retail sales goalsWhat Do You Bring?Registered Optician in AlbertaMinimum one years’ experience in an optical environmentPassionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customersCommitted to excelling as a member of a high performing teamAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentGood computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office SuitePrevious retail experience an assetWe appreciate your interest in solis optics and hope it didn't take too much time to apply.
