About The Role We are recruiting for our next intake of Claim Approvals Consultants. As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues' health and wellbeing. Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime. (You must be a NZ Resident, NZ Citizen or AUS Citizen to apply) Start Date: Tuesday 20 January 2026 Hours of work: Our contact centre operates Monday through Friday between 8 am–5.30 pm. Location: Kirikiriroa – Hamilton Onboarding & Training: Comprehensive 5‑week training followed by mentoring to set you up for success. What will your day look like? Support members via voice or digital, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans. Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision. Continuously keep up to date with policy, product and process knowledge. Navigate our systems and tools to accurately record enquiry details and outcomes. About you You are customer‑focused, empathetic and love helping people. You have a positive outlook with a growth mindset. You have great communication skills and a friendly manner. You are resilient, agile and self‑aware. You are self‑motivated to reach your goals.
