Generative AI Associate – Cybersecurity Specialist Location: Fully Remote within Canada (excluding Quebec) Employment Type: Full‑Time (40 hours per week). Role Overview: At Innodata, we’re working with the world’s largest technology companies on the next generation of generative AI and large language models (LLMs). We are seeking Red Teaming Specialists who challenge the next generation of LLMs to ensure their robustness and reliability. Responsibilities: Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking. Craft clever prompts to attempt to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs tailored to client vulnerabilities. Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads. Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks. Adapt to dynamic project needs and navigate shifting guidelines. Keep up with evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs. Hit productivity targets, including prompt quantity and average handling time per prompt. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency in Python and Java. Excellent writing skills in English. Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics. Ability to adopt different voices and points of view. Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and well‑honed research skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity with grace. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
