Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage internal IT controls to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards
  2. Create and implement global IT risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
  3. Lead responses to IT audits, information security certifications, and public disclosures
  4. Collaborate on information security activities and provide guidance on compliance best practices
  5. Support the development and implementation of processes to enhance IT compliance and risk management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  1. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  2. Experience with IT internal controls (e.g., SOC audits, ITGC assessments) or IT system development and operations
  3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, program development, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
  4. Previous experience in Big Four accounting firms or IT consulting roles
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Korean is an asset
  2. Hands-on experience with IT system implementation, operations, or information security practices
  3. Experience working in global corporations or across multinational teams
