Job Summary Quality Assurance Analyst / Analyste assurance qualité – FlightHub FlightHub Group is an ambitious team behind FlightHub and Justfly, two of the top travel agencies in North America. Serving over 3 million customers annually and generating more than 3 billion dollars in sales, we are expanding our operations and seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (Entry‑level) to support our new airline incentive management tool. Key Responsibilities Interpret and enter airline incentive contracts using our new tool. Conduct manual QA checks to confirm the system correctly identifies contract details. Query the database with SQL to identify potential data issues. Build reports and monitor integration health using dashboards and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Looker, LookML) – a plus. Write and refine AI prompts to improve data accuracy – a plus. Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong problem‑solving skills and critical‑thinking ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
