Personne qui évalue les déficiences et les incapacités de la fonction physique reliées aux systèmes neurologiques, musculosquelettiques et cardiorespiratoire, détermine un plan de traitement et réalise les interventions dans le but d'obtenir un rendement fonctionnel optimal. La personne participe également au développement d'outils de pratique pertinents aux services de réadaptation et au soutien de différents programmes & services à Eeyou Istchee.
EXIGENCES
Formation:
Doit détenir une maîtrise en physiothérapie;
Doit être membre de l'Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec.
Les physiothérapeutes titulaires d'un baccalauréat en physiothérapie qui sont devenus membres de l'OPPQ avant les changements à la nomenclature seront considérés pour ce poste.
Expérience:
Deux (2) ans d'expérience pertinente;
Expérience avec des interventions communautaires et la coordination des plans de services;
Expérience de travailler avec des individus (0 à 100 ans), leur famille et des organisations communautaires.
Connaissances et capacités:
Bonne connaissance de la théorie et de la pratique en physiothérapie, des tendances actuelles, du réseau du MSSS et de la réglementation;
Compétences cliniques variées : santé communautaire, soins à domicile, soins gériatriques, pédiatriques et clients de 0 à 100 ans;
Aptitude à identifier et analyser les besoins de la clientèle;
Aptitude à communiquer les connaissances théoriques et pratiques, tel qu'appliqué à la formation;
Excellentes habiletés de communication et d'écoute interpersonnelles;
Bonnes compétences de travail d'équipe et compétences d'adaptation.
LANGUES* Maîtrise de l'anglais;* Maîtrise de la langue crie et du français (un atout).
