Building deep relationships and promoting services to customers. Responsabilités Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures and TD’s Code of Conduct. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters. Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as needed. Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently. Build personal connections with customers and clearly explain banking products. Support a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by promoting effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by remaining dedicated, respecting coworkers, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Identify and recommend operational improvements to achieve excellence. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation, capable of handling multiple tasks with changing priorities. Dynamic communicator with customer‑experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with calm, courteous, and effective manner.
