Quality/Reliability Engineer - Powertrain Job Type: Contract Location: CA$44.00 - CA$46.00 per hour Job Ref: BBBH2318045_1763395454 Date Added: November 17th, 2025 Hourly pay range $44.00-46.00/hour RESPONSIBILITIES Implement commodity‑specific business plans to exceed corporate metrics. Lead cross‑functional decisions with Ford and supplier leadership. Troubleshoot and resolve emergency supplier issues on‑site. Execute PPAP and APQP processes. Drive Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance improvement and dispute resolution. Support Stop Ship containment and root cause analysis. Liaise between STA and plant management, participate in VRT meetings, and support Vehicle Quality Reviews (VQRs). Monitor daily production reports and elevate issues as needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing processes (casting, machining, welding, brazing, sintering, assembly, automation programming). Skills: AIAG APQP PPAP processes Quality Assurance/Control Machining Problem‑solving Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience managing multiple assignments under tight timelines. Background in manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations.
