This is a remote position. Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Junior Compliance Analyst to support risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role is ideal for someone early in their compliance, regulatory, or operations career who enjoys research, documentation, and ensuring organizational standards are met. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Support Assist in monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct basic research on regulatory updates and summarize findings for the team. Help maintain compliance documentation, manuals, and policy libraries. Risk & Control Monitoring Support reviews of internal processes to identify potential risks or gaps. Assist in testing controls, tracking results, and preparing summary reports. Help maintain logs of incidents, exceptions, and compliance issues. Audits & Reporting Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Support compliance reporting by gathering data, checking accuracy, and formatting reports. Help track deadlines for filings, certifications, and regulatory submissions. Data & Documentation Management Organize and maintain compliance files, spreadsheets, logs, and evidence records. Enter data and help ensure systems are accurate and up to date. Help create checklists, dashboards, and templates to improve workflow efficiency. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with operations, HR, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed. Assist with training logistics, preparation of materials, and basic employee communication. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, finance, law, or operations (internships included). Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with compliance tools is an asset. Ability to interpret policies, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ideal Candidate Traits Organized, methodical, and comfortable working with regulations and data.
