Strong design skills for building scalable systems Java / Spring - Strong experience in developing enterprise level systems using Java / Spring Multithreading / Concurrency Strong experience in implementing multi-threaded applications Hands on experience with modern distributed technologies such as messaging brokers (e.g. Kafka) and distributed caching solutions.
