Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)Location: Langley, BC, V4W 3S8Requisition Number: 213631Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, deliver, pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility service products.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.Skills / QualificationsRequiredQualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Candidates must, prior to first day of employment, have a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.Additional qualificationsAbility to meet physical requirements of the position.High school diploma, GED, or military service.Strong customer service orientation.Self‑motivation and teamwork.Positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.BenefitsCompetitive pay (base salary plus earned commissions).Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP).Disability, life and AD&D insurance (100% company paid).Paid vacation and holidays.Skills development, training and career advancement opportunities.CompensationBase salary ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, plus earned commissions.
