Responsibilities Assist in documenting payment systems and payment flows across multiple channels for clients Support in conducting basic information security and compliance assessments (e.g., gap analysis, self‑assessment questionnaires) under guidance from senior team members Participate in client meetings and conference calls, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up as needed Help prepare professional reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients Collaborate with senior consultants to explain assessment results and remediation options to clients Provide supporting input on security architecture related to PCI, Privacy, and Cybersecurity, with mentorship from senior staff Assist in presenting results to technical and non‑technical audiences Track and monitor project timelines, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables are organized and up to date Continue to learn and develop knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree (or diploma) in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field Up to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related technical roles (internships, co‑op, or entry‑level positions welcome) Familiarity with IT security and governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) is an asset Exposure to information security concepts such as network security, application security, data privacy, and incident response Basic understanding of operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) and databases Awareness of networking configurations (e.g., firewalls) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Interest in pursuing industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI QSA) as part of career development Willingness to travel occasionally MyRewards@MNP: With a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP offers customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
