Company ClaimsPro LP Intermediate/Senior Claims Adjuster - Full Time Permanent - (Regina, SK) Role Summary We are currently looking to add a claims adjuster to our Regina team in a temporary position Must be able to immediately qualify for a Level 1 SK adjuster's license. The Independent Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. The duties involve managing a dynamic portfolio requiring well-honed organizational skills to complete daily activities efficiently and effectively manage files. This position can be either desktop or road adjusting, depending on business needs. With over 90 branches across Canada, ClaimsPro is the largest provider of claims management services. Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required At least 2 years of relevant claims adjusting experience Must obtain a Level 1 Adjuster's license in SK Ongoing commitment to education and learning Effective analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis Good investigative skills Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate them effectively Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations, including comparative analysis Advanced Communication Skills Including Effective written communication, including technical writing Effective oral communication, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, with adaptable style Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities Proactive and positive customer service approach Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution Commitment to ongoing education and learning Environment/Work Conditions SCM Insurance Services and affiliates welcome applications from people with disabilities.
