With major investments in our product roadmap and an expansion of our channel strategy, it's an exciting time to join our passionate and purpose-driven team We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Engagement Manager to lead client engagements for TELUS Home Health Monitoring, our remote patient monitoring solution. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead for our public sector clients ensuring that our partnerships deliver measurable impact for patients, providers and healthsystem partners. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced relationship builder who can bridge business, clinical, and technology perspectives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to government and healthcare leaders, ensuring our solutions (including virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and aging-in-place services) deliver tangible outcomes and sustained value. What You’ll Do Growth & Performance Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned public sector clients Build trusted, long‑term relationships grounded in transparency, integrity, and shared purpose Lead governance meetings, contract reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure objectives are consistently met and exceeded Continuously demonstrate value through performance metrics, adoption tracking, and outcome reporting Translate client goals into actionable plans for TELUS internal teams, ensuring that every engagement drives measurable system impact and client satisfaction Support preparation of account strategies, renewal proposals, and executive briefings Strategic Insight & Advisory Understand emerging healthcare challenges, funding models, and digital transformation priorities across Canada’s health ecosystem Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and influence our product roadmap Present clear, data-driven recommendations that balance client needs with operational and product capabilities Act as a thought leader and advocate for TELUS Health in stakeholder forums, roundtables, and conferences Internal Collaboration & Leadership Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences Contribute strategic insight and client feedback to inform product design, feature prioritization, and service delivery improvements Establish and uphold standards of excellence in client communication, presentation, and engagement Mentor and support team members in client-facing best practices and relationship management Qualifications You are the missing piece of the puzzle You are likely in a similar program role today, with many of the following talents and experience points: You have 7–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare, consulting or public sector client management You are known for managing complex stakeholder environments (e.g., ministries, health authorities, hospital networks) You are experienced working with technology solutions in primary care, virtual care or remote patient monitoring You are a renowned communicator, with facilitation and storytelling abilities that distill complexity into clarity You are a strategic thinker, able to translate healthcare trends and client feedback into business opportunities You thrive in ambiguity and have been known to see around corners You are willing to travel within Canada to meet clients and attend industry events Great to haves We are especially motivated to meet with individuals that have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Health Administration or a related field An MBA or clinical designation is a further asset Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
