Join a respected boutique law firm in Midtown Toronto specializing in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. They’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Wills & Estates Senior Law Clerk to support a growing team. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work closely with lawyers and clients in preparing Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration documents. What You’ll Do Draft Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney Prepare estate applications, information returns, and related documentation Communicate with clients, executors, and financial institutions Maintain estate files and ensure compliance with procedures Support lawyers with administrative tasks and document execution Must-Have Qualifications 5-7 years of hands‑on experience as a Wills & Estates Law Clerk In‑depth understanding of Wills, Estates, and Trust Law Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Practice Panther Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Exposure to estate accounting or related administrative processes Why Apply Work in a collaborative, professional environment where your expertise is valued.
