Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, user‑centric digital experiences that enhance usability and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design thinking, user research, and delivering exceptional experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to understand user behavior and needs. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and product improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers and product owners to define design goals and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Ensure design consistency and maintain design systems and style guides. Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs based on data‑driven insights. Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine user experience strategies. Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback for refinement. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Experience Minimum of 2–5 years of professional UX design experience in a digital product environment. Experience in designing for both web and mobile applications is preferred. Working Hours Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST). Fully remote work environment allowing a healthy work‑life balance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret user data. Understanding of front‑end development constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics. Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
