The role includes reception, administrative duties, data entry, and cross‑cultural service support. Responsibilities Greet and assist members of the public and serve as the first point of contact. Perform reception duties, including telephone handling and visitor sign‑in. Provide administrative and clerical support to city departments. Enter data, maintain records, and support file‑management systems. Communicate effectively in both Inuktitut and English. Support city service delivery in a cross‑cultural setting. Qualifications Grade 12 diploma; post‑secondary coursework in Office Administration or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work. Fluent verbal and written communication in Inuktitut and English. Excellent problem‑solving, professional writing, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite). Organizational skills and experience with file‑management systems. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Acceptance of a criminal record check.
