Benefits Flexible health and dental insurance benefits package Personal Spending amount to invest in a healthy lifestyle RRSP – Registered Retirement Savings Plan with company matching ESPP – Employee Share Purchase Plan (TSX:IFC) with matching aspect ‘Dress for your day’, dress according to your daily schedule Competitive compensation package with bonus Employee discount program (Apple, Bell, Rogers, and more) Paid Time Off: Personal days, Volunteer days, Exam/Study Time, Jury Duty, and 3 weeks vacation per year Employer recognized as one of Canada’s best employers (Kincentric 2024) What the Role Entails Build and lead a highly engaged team Drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience Develop business strategies with management and peers to exceed performance targets Implement strategic plans, leveraging team talents and regional collaboration Recruit and staff the team, manage talent development, conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, and oversee succession plans Build and execute Engagement Action Plans; motivate staff to participate in company objectives Ensure service quality meets expected standards Analyze customer experience, implement tools and programs to enhance it Resolve service and sales problems; follow up on escalated client issues as required Maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners Qualifications Equivalent skills are acceptable – please apply* AIC – General Level 2 or equivalent required Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations Strong track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations Experience leading in a hybrid environment is an asset Understanding of customer (internal and external) needs Strong communication and negotiation skills Team player and collaborator College or University degree in a related area or comparable work experience Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders outside of daily responsibilities Analytical and problem‑solving abilities that maximize organizational performance Required to travel within the region as needed Additional Information BrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
