Position Overview Prepare, mix, and test coating products (paints, stains, specialty finishes) according to established specifications. Perform quality checks (visual and technical) on mixes and finished products. Operate laboratory and workshop equipment (scales, mixers, applicators, etc.). Document results, adjust formulas, and ensure product compliance. Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team to respond to customer requests (samples, technical advice). Maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Requirements High school diploma or related training or a related field. Experience working in a laboratory, hardware store, warehouse, or with coating products is an asset.
