Shifts are typically evenings, weekends, and holidays – perfect for those seeking supplemental income or flexible scheduling.Some of the exciting roles we are looking to fill include:Stage Front SecurityRoaming Patrols (Crowd Monitors)Backstage and Loading Bay SecurityAccess Control (wristbands/ticketing support)Performer Escort SecurityTraffic & Parking ControlTeam LeaderWhat You Will DoProvide outstanding customer service with a professional presence.Monitor crowds and respond quickly to disturbances or unsafe conditions.Support VIPs, performers, and event staff with secure escorts.Assist with lost children, medical emergencies, and ejections when required.Complete detailed and accurate incident reports as needed.Maintain strong communication via radio and follow supervisor instructions.Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two events are the sameYou’re a Great Fit If You:Enjoy interacting with the public and providing friendly, professional service.Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.Can remain calm and think clearly under pressure.Are a team player who thrives in high-energy, changing environments.Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or are willing to obtain).Have First Aid/CPR certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).Are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in CanadaAbility to legally work in CanadaNice to Have:Previous event or crowd management experience.De-escalation training (MOAB or equivalent).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those shortlisted will be contacted for interviews.Reports to: Special Assignments & Events ManagerPosition Type: Casual/On-Call (evenings, weekends, holidays)Number of Openings: MultipleEducation Requirements (All): Grade 12 or GED equivalentCertification Requirements (All):Standard First Aid, CPR Level CValid Class 5 LicenseValid Manitoba Security Guard LicenseAdditional Information / BenefitsPaladin Security has a diverse workforce.
