Tasks
  1. Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders.
  2. Diagnose psychiatric disorders.
  3. Prescribe medication and treatment.
  4. Treat diseases and physiological disorders.
  5. Treat psychiatric disorders.
  6. Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases.
  7. Act as consultants to other physicians.
Supervision

1 to 2 people.

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses
  1. Specialty residency training.
  2. Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination.
  3. Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
Specialization in Clinical Medicine
