Mobile Provisioning Specialist – Enterprise Mobility (ServiceNow + TEM/CIMPL) We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Provisioning Specialist to support the onboarding of 3,500+ corporate mobile devices for a large-scale enterprise mobility program. What You’ll Do: Lead the high-volume onboarding of corporate mobile devices—activations, eSIM setup, device assignment, and delivery coordination. Update and maintain accurate device/service records in ServiceNow, CIMPL, and mobility/asset management tools. Work directly with major wireless carriers to resolve activation or provisioning issues fast. Provide progress updates, operational reporting, and manage exceptions during mass onboarding waves. Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to speed up provisioning. Coordinate with Finance and ITAM on cost center mapping, billing validation, and inventory reconciliation. Support mobility operations including activations, upgrades, disconnects, and number transfers. Provide guidance and training to staff/end-users on mobility setup and best practices. What You Bring: Diploma/degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years in mobility provisioning, telecom operations, or enterprise device management. Experience using ServiceNow for intake, workflow approvals, and provisioning tasks. Hands‑on exposure to CIMPL or any Telecom Expense Management (TEM) tool. Ability to manage large volumes of provisioning orders accurately and under tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience with global carriers or large enterprise mobility rollouts. Knowledge of eSIM provisioning and 5G device activation. Experience supporting mobility in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare). Strong customer service and problem‑solving mindset.
