We market and distribute medical device solutions for use in institutional and primary health care settings across Canada, including surgical instruments, orthopedic implants, cardiovascular and neurovascular treatment devices. Our Cardiovascular team—formerly Biosense Webster—develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. We aim to elevate standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation patients, and we need a dedicated Clinical Account Specialist to help achieve this mission. Key Responsibilities Provide professional clinical support to physicians and health care providers on the safe and effective use of our three-dimensional mapping system (CARTO 3), including electro-anatomical mapping. Support and expertise on the full BW product portfolio related to Electrophysiology procedures: diagnostic and ablation catheters, intra-cardiac echo catheters, RF ablation generator, in the Electrophysiology and OR suites. Act as the main point of contact for all clinical considerations at Key Accounts, handling customer in-servicing, inventory management, and troubleshooting. Collect and extract clinical data from the 3-D Mapping system (CARTO 3) to assist physicians and affiliated hospitals/universities in research efforts. Lead rollout of new technology, including peer-to-peer training, customer in-servicing, presentations, and collecting physician feedback. Support sales targets and manage the defined territory strategically in partnership with the Product Specialist. Apply consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities. Serve as a technical resource, educating and training customers—primarily physicians, nurses, and technologists—on CARTO 3, BW products, ablation techniques, and electrophysiology procedures through group sessions and one-on-one. Required Qualifications Willingness to work within a lab or operating room (OR) environment. Ability to mentor and field-train newly hired Clinical Associates on new technology and best practices. Flexibility to travel up to 40% with short-notice travel, including overnight and weekend travel as needed. Superior written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Results-driven with a bias for action and urgency. Valid Ontario driver’s license and safe driving record per J&J SAFE Fleet guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Cardiovascular Technology or Cardiac Sonography Diploma (strongly preferred). University degree in Science, P.Eng, and/or Business.
