Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner in the payments industry with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team.
What You Bring to the Role:- 8 to 10 years of experience in a Product Owner role in the payments industry.
- Ability to drive, develop, and deliver the full product management lifecycle, from setting strategic objectives to bringing a product to market that delivers business value through research, investigating the product and services, and bridging business requirements with technological capabilities.
- Serve as a specialist in the payments industry to senior leaders and team members.
- Translate product vision into a roadmap and then to actionable tasks.
- Prioritize the product backlog and develop plans for the product's future.
- Drive the overall customer experience definition and maintain a focus on the most important features and functionalities, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure flawless liaison between product teams and development pods through continuous coordination and collaboration.
- Monitor and track the value delivered every sprint and share it with product leaders.
- Apply expertise and creativity to address unique problems with innovative solutions, responding to market and shifting trends.
- Collaborate with the Cards & Payments team to leverage domain expertise and ensure project alignment with business goals.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto.
