Must be able to work ONSITE 2-3 days here in Toronto, ON.DUTIES: Lead and conduct business work processes including restructuring and process re-engineering Lead workshops and one on one sessions with both business and technical staff to elicit and document requirements, business and data process flow and strategies Work closely with the functional areas to optimize business processes and take advantage of application functionality to improve departmental and cross-departmental function Act as a trusted advisor to senior administration ensuring project alignment with client and digital innovation objectives Serve as the primary contact for business process re-engineering and application architecture consultations, defining, evaluating, and recommending architecture requirements and strategies, including application integration and interface design REQUIRED SKILLS: Education o A 4-year degree in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution, or equivalent training and experience in ERP business processes and applications architecture including the planning, development, integration, and deployment in an enterprise-wide environment Experience o 7 years of experience in a complex enterprise systems environment. o Experience in higher education in business analysis and applications architecture is an asset and should be highlighted in your application Skills o Knowledge of business analysis, applications architecture, strategic planning, database concepts, virtualization, cloud computing, and integration in an enterprise IT environment. o Awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture-related technical and business planning. o Strong client relations skills to meet diverse client business needs. o Working knowledge of technology delivery methodologies such as Agile and Scrum o One of more of these certifications is an asset that should be highlighted in your application: AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification, Azure Solutions Architect Professional Certification, Salesforce Application Architect
