Position Details Title: AI Real Estate Data Specialist Type: Full-time Location: Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or Remote Commitment: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone Base Pay Range: $90,000–$200,000/year Role Responsibilities Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and analyze real estate data for AI training. Provide expert input on property valuation, leasing, and market trends. Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine annotation tools and workflows. Evaluate complex real estate problems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Interpret evolving task instructions with attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have Professional experience in real estate, leasing, rentals, or related fields. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving task requirements. Passion for innovation and the intersection of real estate and technology. Preferred Active real estate license or property management certification. Experience mentoring or training others in real estate or leasing practices. Familiarity with AI tools, data annotation, or digital workflows. Comfortable recording short audio or video sessions for data collection. Compensation & Legal Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
