Engineering Manager – AgencyAnalytics Department: EngineeringEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: Remote (Canada)Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 / year As Engineering Manager, you'll quickly see your team's work in use by over 7,000+ agencies and 150,000+ businesses that use our platform. Reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 8-10 engineers to develop the core features of our product. This role offers the opportunity to make a high impact as we enter our next growth phase. We value driving feature development while ensuring best practices are maintained. Key Responsibilities Operate in a quad structure with Product Manager, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager to make decisions together. Set team priorities in collaboration with the Product Manager. Be accountable for the team's delivery and outcomes. Manage engineers through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands‑on career development. Work with other engineering leaders to continuously improve culture, practices, and employee well‑being. Facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align on goals and support the company mission. Help your team achieve technical excellence by taking a hands‑on approach to system design and architecture when needed. Ensure your teams maintain high standards for quality and security. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Held an Engineering Manager role for at least 2 years, managing product‑focused engineering teams. Experience managing in a remote or hybrid environment. Outcome‑oriented and fully accountable for team delivery. Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical team members and stakeholders. Skilled at prioritizing incoming requests and protecting engineers’ focus and commitments. Stay current with technological changes and set a high standard for yourself and your team. What You’ll Bring Passion for developing a positive culture focused on employee well‑being. Customer‑focused with strong empathy for and understanding of our customers’ needs. Ownership of development for both greenfield and established products and features. Leadership of cross‑functional teams that designed and developed services handling millions of requests. Adept at innovating through iteration, helping teams break down product features into shippable increments. Experience working with staff‑level engineering peers, enabling them to guide architectural decisions and uphold code‑quality standards. Helping engineers grow from good to great.
