Position: MillwrightJourneyman – Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Millwright Journeyman tojoin our Maintenanceteam Our Millwright will be responsible forinstalling, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on theproduction line

You will be a great fit if you are a friendly andhardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges This role isphysically demanding as you will be lifting, moving, and handling large partsof equipment for the bulk of your job. However, this gives you the opportunityto work in a friendly and supportive environment where your work has a directand positive impact on how we create our products

Skills& Experience

· You have 3-5 years of relevant experience

· You have Red Seal Millwright certification

· Youhave excellent mathematical and mechanical skills

· You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice-to-Have

· Experience and/or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma

· Inspect and examinemachinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

· Install, align, takeapart, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment usingappropriate tools

· Adjust machinery andrepair or replace defective parts

· Clean, lubricate andperform other routine maintenance work on machinery

· You can work flexible shifts, as the job requires

· Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and findirregularities and malfunctions

· Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and tractors,to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair ofmachinery

· Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery andmechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces andgenerators according to layout plans using hand and power tools

· Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

· Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery

· Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulicand pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls

· Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate partsrequired during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery

· Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand andpower tools and welding equipment

· Other duties as assigned
