The Opportunity Under the direction of the Director of Resident Care (DOC), the Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable toprovide professional nursing care to residents and to supervise care given by staff. Primary functions includeassessment and planning of resident care needs; delivery of skilled procedures according to the College ofNurses of Ontario Standards of Practice; medication administration; and documentation. What you will do: What you will need:

Provide for nursing care of residents in accordancewith established policies, physician's orders, theresident care plans and within the scope of practiceof a RN Order, receive and administer prescribed medicationsand treatments in accordance with the standards setby the Ontario College of Nurses Observe and monitor condition of residents andreport changes in physical or mental status Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust residentcare plans Registered Nurse in good standing with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario BScN preferred - Experience in long termcare or rehabilitation is preferred Strong leadership and supervisory skills What we are offering This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity at the District. The hourly compensation range for this roleis $32.22 - $48.78 .
