Posting End Date: November 10, 2025Employee Type: Regular (Full time)Union/Non-Union: This is a non-union position Key Responsibilities: Support a suite of applications, including land management systems, document repositories such as CRM, IRTH, Lightbox, GIS, SharePoint, and CoPilot. Lead user onboarding, training and enablement programs to ensure efficient adoption of systems. Develop and maintain digital help tools, automated workflows and AI‑enabled guides (e.g., Co‑Pilot agents). Collaborate with teams to ensure system alignment with policies, compliance and reporting needs. Monitor system usage, identify issues and recommend process improvements or automation, maintaining accurate system documentation and user guides. Assist with project deliverables and data/application initiatives by contributing directly or providing oversight. Who You Are: Related university degree and minimum of four years of experience; an additional 3 years required if no degree. 4 years of relevant data and application management and support in the energy or infrastructure sectors. Applied knowledge of AI tools to support data governance, analytics, reporting and application support. Knowledge of or experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, SQL, Co‑Pilot). Experience leading end‑user training and support. Ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and clearly explain procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Working Conditions: Office‑based role with limited travel. Physical Requirements: Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (up to 20 lbs), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual and hearing requirements, long periods at a computer. Mental Requirements: Understanding and applying instructions, problem‑solving, prioritizing work, making moderate‑impact decisions, communicating via telephone. Salary: $76,700 – $120,000 per year USD.
