Quality Control Supervisor AtkinsRéalis, one of Canada’s largest private sector nuclear engineering groups, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Lead/Specialist to join the Shoreline Power Group JV in Kincardine, ON. You will oversee the full life cycle of quality assurance activities for the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program at Bruce Power. Responsibilities Lead the Project Quality Assurance Supervisor (PQS) functions, implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP). Manage quality team reporting, planning audits, and training. Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including supplier assessments. Develop qualification records, supervise inspections, and control nonconforming items. Assist Project Management with Project Quality Objectives. Qualifications CWB Level 2 Welding Inspector certification. 5+ years of on‑site inspection and supervisory experience in a nuclear environment. Knowledge of Nuclear Codes & Standards, ASME Section III, CSA N285. Experience with replacement Fuel Channel components and feeder pipe is an asset.
