Join our team of professionals at Bayshore where we are committed to creating meaningful relationships with those who we serve.ResponsibilitiesConduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize your expertise to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all regulatory standards.Engage in Continuous Learning: Stay ahead in your field by participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Educate and Empower Clients: Provide clients and their families with effective strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.We OfferCompetitive compensationPaid orientation & mentoring opportunitiesCompany provided laptop for electronic documentationVirtual care when appropriate based on client needsEducation And ExperienceMasters Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists required.Three years’ experience providing Speech-Language Pathology services preferred.Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and legal system is an asset particularly medical/legal report writing.Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments. Strong communication (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills.Demonstrate basic knowledge of personal computers, and proficiency with secure email.
