We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II and Senior CRA to join our fast-paced, collaborative team within the Large Pharma division. In this role, you’ll support clinical trials for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, which means working on high-impact studies, accessing strong resources, and contributing to treatments with the potential to reach millions of patients worldwide. This role requires residency in the Paris or Lyon area and can be office-based or remote. What you will be doing Independently monitor Phase II–IV clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics/IRB approvals Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site staff to ensure high-quality data and patient safety Mentor and support site personnel and junior CRAs Ensure study cost efficiency and timely issue resolution Managing clinical studies in France across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology. Your profile Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field. 2 years of experience as a monitoring Clinical Research Associate. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English. In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
