CONDITIONS

Schedule: 15 hours/week with flexible schedule.

Location: Lévis.

Work Model: Hybrid.

MISSION

Ensure that balance sheets, financial statements, and accounting entries are accurately completed on time for the financial controller's analysis.

DESCRIPTION

Perform various accounting tasks:

Participate in the preparation of month-end/year-end files.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly analysis reports.

Make monthly entries in the general ledger.

Complete GST/QST/HST and EHC filings and payments.

Follow up on various requests from the financial controller.

Manage accounts payable:

Code and enter invoices.

Process payments for foreign and local suppliers.

Receive calls and follow up on supplier requests.

Create and maintain supplier and client accounts in the accounting software.

Monitor cash flow:

Prepare the daily cash flow reports.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Reconcile credit card statements.

Provide support for accounts receivable:

Prepare and make deposits.

Receive calls and follow up on client inquiries.

French: Advanced level.

English: Intermediate/advanced level required due to the need to communicate verbally and in writing with English-only business partners.
