OverviewAs our Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development and nurturing of relationships with key accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our accounts are well-supported, while helping Frank And Oak expand its customer base. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving brand visibility and sales growth
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans, aligned with quarterly sales targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities (retailers) and proactively prospect for new accounts to expand Frank And Oak’s customer base
- Represent Frank And Oak at trade shows and industry events, generating leads and fostering relationships with potential partners
- Coordinate and facilitate showroom appointments with key buyers, ensuring a personalized experience that aligns with Frank And Oak's brand values
- Develop and deliver training programs for store staff, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent and sell Frank And Oak products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on business priorities and seamless execution of account plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to shape account strategies and tactics
- Provide top-tier customer service to key accounts, resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

- A collaborative and positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the clothing or fashion industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business results
- Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts, pricing, and terms
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, B2B platforms (e.g., Nuorder, JOOR), and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and experience working with eco-conscious brands is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
