And in a recent survey, 90% of Long View team members rated Long View as a good or great place to workAre you Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert?We are looking for a professional and engaging Power Platform Developer/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enhancementsHands on code development for new featTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and design 365 CE solutions that align with best practicesPerform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and securityConduct system testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle.ures, enhancements and bug fixing in D365 CRM/CEMonitor and maintain the health of client environments, including performance tuning and optimizing system resourcesDesign, develop,customize and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and integrations with other systemsCollaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutionsEnsure all customizations and developments adhere to best practices, including coding standards, documentation, and testing protocolsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity between systemsWork with clients to identify and implement new integration opportunities that enhance business processesManage Dynamics 365 CE environments, including development, testing, and production instancesCoordinate with client IT teams to ensure environments are correctly configured, up to date, and secureOversee and coordinate with IT teams to ensure deployments, configurations, updates, and upgrades are completed with minimal disruption to client operationsProvide guidance on infrastructure improvements and scaling to support business growthWhat You Bring3+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform Development (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, & Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)Experience with development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions and Power BI developmentExperience with API or REST services integrationDeep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE technical concepts including but not limited to: ability to build schema, create Power Automate Flows, create workflows, write Javascript, write Plugins, etc.Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sourcesGood knowledge of Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft AzureExperience with installation and configuration of data gatewaysStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integration techniquesProficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and experience with tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience with data migration, integration tools, and managing Dynamics 365 CE environmentsProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsExperience in a managed services or support environment is preferredWhat Makes You Extra AwesomeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldDesignations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Technical Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional ConsultantCertifications in related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure)Equivalent certifications to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CoreWhy Work at Long View?Great people and cultureCareer growth– Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work– Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible environment– A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellnessSalary – $85,000 - $115,000 a yearExpected salary range $90,000 to $115,000 plus 10% Variable earningsWant to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
