About the Role The AI Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect data, tools, and AI models. Manage triggers, webhooks, and Airtable automations for internal data syncing. Collaborate with backend developers to connect workflow outputs to databases or UIs. Test, debug, and document all workflow logic for scalability and maintenance. Implement proper error handling, rate limiting, and retries in workflows. Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to translate business processes into automation logic. Skills & Experience Must Have 3+ years working with n8n, Make, or Zapier at advanced level. Working knowledge of OpenAI / Anthropic / LangChain integrations. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data mapping. Ability to write small scripts in JavaScript or Python within workflows. Experience connecting marketing or CRM tools (GA4, HubSpot, ClickUp, Airtable). Nice-to-Have Experience in data enrichment / ETL using low-code tools. Familiarity with agentic frameworks (AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI). Understanding of marketing data models and AI-Ops principles. Ideal Profile Fast problem-solver who can automate business logic quickly. Strong documentation habits and ability to design scalable flows.
