Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Studio Operations Manager for our on‑site location in Montreal, QC. The Studio Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our fitness studio, ensuring efficiency, exceptional service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage staff schedules and coordinate class logistics. Supervise studio cleanliness and maintenance. Monitor inventory and address client inquiries. Enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and vibrant studio environment. Oversee memberships, implement operational processes, and maintain a high level of studio performance. Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Leadership experience in managing teams and fostering a positive workplace environment. Customer service and communication skills. Ability to develop and execute operational processes and ensure facility maintenance. Experience in the fitness or wellness industry (preferred). Proficiency in scheduling or customer‑management platforms and basic administrative software. Bilingual communication skills in French and English.
