Role Overview ( Not a full‑time or part time job) This is an affiliate opportunity for an HR Brand Ambassador — a flexible role for professionals passionate about people, culture, and impact. The Ambassador will help promote Paddo’s brand, increase awareness of our platform, and build meaningful relationships with HR leaders and clients. You may represent Paddo at select events, support engagement conversations, and share insights with our team. This role also involves advocating for positive workplace culture, with a focus on mentorship, recognition, and employee growth. It's ideal for consultants or influencers seeking a part-time, non‑salaried collaboration that aligns with their values and expertise. Qualifications 8+ Yr background in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Coaching An asset: 5+ Yr Mid-senior level experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition Strong professional presence (e.g., LinkedIn, speaking engagements, or client-facing roles) Ability to communicate effectively with HR leaders and decision-makers Passion for mentorship, recognition, and building positive workplace culture Self‑motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently Experience with SaaS, employee engagement tools, or consulting (an asset, not required) Are these for you?
