What You’ll Do

  1. Master DigiVie’s suite of tools and technologies.
  2. Support and manage IT infrastructure for our clientele.
  3. Perform technical assessments and document systems.
  4. Resolve support requests with strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Manage projects, including server and IP telephony deployments.
  6. Conduct proactive maintenance on computers, servers, and networks.
  7. Communicate proactively and strategically with clients.
  8. Continuously educate yourself in technology and IT security.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 1+ years of technical experience in IT support.
  2. Professional demeanor, strong organization, and excellent English communication skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, 365, and networking.
  4. Understanding of domain name registration and DNS management.
  5. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  6. Valid Class G driver’s license and vehicle for local travel.
  7. Police records check.

Bonus Skills

Experience with:

  1. Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure, etc.
  2. Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  3. Backup systems, antivirus platforms, and IT security.

Certifications And Familiarity With Tools Like

  1. MCSA or higher certifications.
  2. ConnectWise RMM and PSA tools.
  3. SonicWALL, Dell PowerEdge, WHM/cPanel, SIP telephony, PowerShell, and VMware.
