Due to our amazing and rapid growth, we need to hire Applications Engineer(s) for our Toronto, Ontario location in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Review and assess inquiries from sales team regarding use-case(s) of commercial equipment
  • Oversee execution and testing of commercial products in relation to customer requests
  • Become primary contact for product issues that require technical expertise
  • Lead and manage data involving continuous improvement of products including tracking issues as well as forecasting impact and benefits
  • Act as liaison between commercial and engineering teams to ensure equipment is meeting contractual requirements and specifications
  • Create concepts in support of MFL field operations
  • Support training and related documentation for new products introduction
  • Be ready and willing to take on challenges, to aid your team members in any way you can
  • Be safety minded – nothing comes before safety
Must Have
  • College diploma or University degree in mechanical engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Possess hands-on skills, mechanically inclined
  • Graphic visualization skills
  • Experience using solid works
  • Experience working in a cross-disciplinary team
Nice to Have
  • Some experience/education in Electrical engineering
  • Prior experience with the inline inspection industry · Troubleshooting experience (mechanical or electrical)
