This family focused team is comprised of people-centric professionals, thought leaders and rapid thinkers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fightersJob SummaryThe Business Process Owner (BPO) Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the optimization, and integration of business processes related to operational data. This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.Principal ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and qualityOversee team of Operational Business Data AnalystsMonitor data workflows and process blockers, troubleshoot process-related issues & adjust corresponding data as neededWork with the Data Governance team to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulationsHelp to define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and best practicesOwn manufacturing data standards and definitionsAction and drive completion within the business of data quality controls and standardsManage the remediation of data audits and validationsAct as the primary point of contact for manufacturing teams to ensure alignmentCollaborate with Data Governance, IT BPEs, data analysts, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goalsCollaborate with other business teams cross-functionally to drive process improvements and troubleshoot blockersProvide training and support on data processes to end usersQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldCertification in Lean six sigma is an assetMinimum of 5 years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP systemsProven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiativesProject management experience is highly desirableExcellent communication & problem-solving skills, with strong business acumenAbility to influence, guide, and support others to achieve goals and drive initiatives forwardIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
