About the Role We are seeking a driven and dynamic Field Sales Specialist for Telecom and Security system to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing customers, presenting product or service solutions, and achieving sales targets through in-person client interactions. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients to present products, services, and solutions. Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry functions as required. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in field sales for Business Telephone System / camera security system/cabling/alarms. Technical knowledge of networking switches and routers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and flexible hours. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. Own car.
