About the Role The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels. Working closely with Sales, this individual will create impactful marketing assets, manage digital content, and coordinate all materials for trade shows and promotional events. You’ll also oversee a Marketing Assistant and play a key role in expanding the marketing team as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth and brand awareness. Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – improving visibility and organic reach. Content Marketing – creating blogs, videos, infographics, and sales collateral. Email Marketing – building and executing targeted campaigns to nurture leads. Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials. Manage creation of marketing materials for trade shows, events, and sales enablement. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Lead and mentor a Marketing Assistant, supporting their development and contributing to a collaborative team culture. About You 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within clinical packaging, labeling, printing, or manufacturing. Candidates from other industries with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex markets will also be considered. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
