Beauty Sales Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full‑Time & Part‑Time Beauty Sales Specialists to join our team in our Cambridge store. This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wishes to grow store sales, creating personal gains through our bonus and incentive programs. We want someone people‑oriented with a positive outlook, who loves helping clients and is flexible with scheduling, including working weekend shifts to support continued growth. Expectations Provide superior customer service to all clients. Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions. Drive sales using your entrepreneurial spirit to build a loyal client base. Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions utilizing a POS system. Maintain correct store promotions and signage, and manage stock and display merchandising. Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits. Oversee the maintenance of store inventory as it pertains to sending and receiving stock. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales. Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail. High technical aptitude – ability to learn a new computer system. Highly motivated and reliable. Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities – thrive in a team setting and work independently. Passion for the beauty industry is a must have. Experience as a hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, or in beauty sales is considered an asset. Weekend availability. Perks Bonus & incentive structure to earn more money.
