About the Role
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will:
Lead by Example: Set the standard in providing high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative, and inclusive activities that inspire children’s curiosity and growth.Maintain a Safe and Inclusive Space: Support children’s physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring a space that celebrates diversity and makes everyone feel included.Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with team members, sharing knowledge and guidance to foster a strong, supportive team culture.To Apply for This Role, You Will Need:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education setting.Leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.Join our warm and passionate team at Mayfield Early Education, where every child—and every educator—belongs.
